License for Use and Reproduction

1. License to read for your own personal use is freely granted.
2. License to reproduce is granted to all search engines for purposes of indexing and caching.
3. License is granted to all proxy cache owners to temporarily cache web pages as needed in order to speed the Internet access of their customers, as long as said cache regularly expires.
4. Said license does *NOT* include the right to modify content or add editorial content in any way.
5. Under no circumstances other than the above can you cache my web pages on your publically accessible web site.
6. Content may *NOT* be used for:
   1. Commercial gain
   2. As part of advertising literature
   3. On a web site which sells a product of any kind
7. Permission is hereby granted to all accredited news sources to excerpt portions of site under U.S. fair use rules governing the press, as long as the original URL is given so that your customers know the source of the information. Note that this permission does *NOT* apply to commercial sites which sell a non-news product.
8. Note that none of this is to be construed as limiting your right to refer (link) to these pages in any way, as long as such link does not falsely present my page as originating at your site.
